North London giants Arsenal have hit a roadblock in the Premier League ahead of their game with Southampton and a return to winning ways would firmly be on the agenda for manager Mikel Arteta and his players.

Arsenal started the current Premier League season poorly with zero point, zero goal scored and nine goals conceded at the end of the first three matches against fellow London team Brentford, capital rivals Chelsea and defending champions Manchester City. The Gunners were able to recover from that bad start to go on an eight-match unbeaten run from September to the middle of November before it was ended at Liverpool.
