Southampton are in the ninth position going into the Premier League match with Liverpool. It is remarkable that the club are only a couple of points away from entering into the top four places. However, Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl is limited by the availability of players coming into the match against the defending champions.

The biggest and availability for Southampton will be striker Danny Ings,who could have potentially played against his former club. In the absence of the key forward, the Saints have been quite disappointing going forward and they barely able to get a couple of shots on target against Fulham.
